This year's birthday cake 2.0, with earthy, sweet and gorgeous beets, applesauce, chocolate and honey for layers of delicious flavour!
I made this cake on Easter and it was so easy and delicious! It's amazing low in calories and fat - probably more sugar than I would want to eat, but for a special occasion, it's a great recipe!
This light, refreshing cake is an excellent alternative to heavier, calorie laden cakes.
Old time favorite. Must have an ice cream freezer in order to make this recipe
The butterscotch pudding gives the pie a nice carmel underling flavor and brings out the pumpkin flavor a family favorite and holiday favorite
This is a quick, yummy recipe that is low-cal, low sugar, but FULL taste!
This is a recipe that another member posted, but she did not include all ingredients in the calorie counter. I am re-posting the same recipe, including all ingredients, and changing the splenda brown sugar to regular brown sugar. I am leaving off the decorations (they weren't included in the original ingredients anyway, and I don't need them.) Truthfully, if you don't add the frosting, it's not that bad, calorie-wise, if you limit yourself to one cookie!
This recipe was printed in the Jamestown, ND newspaper. It's a great German heritage recipe and it's really yummy!
Thanks Miller*Time for inspiring me to come up with this recipe! It reminds me of the dirty monkeys in Punta Cana but way healthier and of course alcohol free!!!;)
This is wonderful compared to McDonalds or Tim hortons mix, I have substituded splenda inplace of suger to lower calories, could be done with suger This is the base recipie I use..I plan on increasing the coffee& Cocoa & splenda to have a richer drink..( I am used to black coffee:) but is very awsome! This is a good start of a base that you could do with many other options( using flavored dry creamer, sugar instead of splenda, adding whipcream & drizzling chocolate like the high end coffee shops..) I hope you enjoy this as much as I have!
I love cannoli but with the calorie content this is a great alternative and just as delicious. What you want to do is use the packaged mini phyllo dough shells instead of the sheets
This recipe was passed down from our "Grandma Mary" who has since passed-away. But it will forever to us be known as "Grandma Mary's Jello". It's a great light & tasty dessert that's easy to make.
These are not healthy food but a tradition at Christmas. by reducing the amount of sugar and making the balls smaller, you get a treat that is a little less calories that mom's original recipe.
