Well we don't save too many calories with crustless apple pie but we do save a load of fat! Love the fall time of the year and just cannot give up apple pie or apple crisps! So this one fills the need and I get some nice nutrition from apples with out the saturated fat! So Satisfying!
This is a yummy snack when I want something sweet. Especially when the kids are eating full carmel apples around me in the Fall!
Recently my grandmother made some delicious oatmeal cookies! Raisins and Pecans made them so yummy!

I thought.. How can I improve on the recipe? She followed th one on the Quaker Oats container.
I followed it but changed a few things. Like instead of whole eggs, just egg whites. And instead of regular margarine, I used my Bestlife Buttery Baking Sticks!
For those times when you just NEED something sweet, that is also nutritious. I used 2% milk instead of half & half to reduce calories, but either can be used.
This is a tried and true recipe from "Everyday Dutch Oven".
Use a 12 inch dutch oven lined with parchment paper. It takes about 30 minutes to bake with 10 coals in a ring around the bottom and about 20 on top. Rotate the oven halfway through and check to make sure the cake isn't browning too quickly and move a few coals from the center of the lid to the outside during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

This cake is absolutely delicious and so moist it doesn't need icing or any other topping.** I replaced oil with applesauce, and only use egg white.
12 servings. (217.3 calories, low fat, low carbs)
Grind poppy seeds to the finest . Grind millet seeds until they become a flour. Grate apples . Mix wet ingredients well and add dry ingredients. Leave butter and chocolate for the ganache later . Pour into the medium baking pan onto a buttered baking paper .. Bake on 360F for 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean. When done, pour ganache over the cake .
Separate eggs. Melt chocolate. Mix eggs, chocolate, Erythrol, almond flour, flour, baking powder and bake cake , cool and cut i 3 . Melt cherries in a cup of water, add one pudding and 2 tbs of Erythrol. Cook and cool down. Beat whipped cream w 2 tbs Erythrol . In half add two sugar free puddings . Soak cake with cherry brandy . Layer cake, cherries, vanilla creme, cake . Spread whipped cream over the cake .
Add ingredients and 2/3 cup of water. Blend well and leave few hours in the fridge.
This is incredibly easy, healthy, and made just for one!
Decreasing the amount of soymilk added makes this an even richer, more custard-like snack or dessert. Increasing everything makes enough to share...

This is a variation on an egg-free brownie recipe I found on allrecipes.com. I made them for the first time today and will probably add more chocolate to the recipe next time I make it. Also, I recommend adding cinnamon to this recipe or sprinkling cinnamon on top before you eat one :)
Very simple banana muffins. Use margarine and splenda or similar for a lower calorie total.
These brownies are yummy, not rich, and fill you up with fiber!
