I found this recipe online the other night and tried it out. It is really yummy and moist. I love the pineapple pieces in it too!
This is the base for alot of yummy options but I sometimes eat it alone or with cinnamon and wanted to have it in my recipes.....GREAT way to add protein without carbs or sugar....GREAT sweet tooth fix...
I eat this plain, on a w/w waffle, w/w tortilla or with cinnamon w/w tortilla chips (made at home in the oven)
This also travels GREAT in a cooler and fruit can be added when desired.
I cut this out of the newspaper about 5 years ago to use as a twist on Thanksgiving dessert. (The cook's note at the bottom was added by the ones who submitted it to the paper)
OKAY...LISTEN UP, THESE ARE INCREDIBLE, seriously. I just made these cookies for the first time this evening. I adapted them from a recipe that was posted on the website browneyedbaker.com. I just tweaked the recipe a little here and there to make it healthier. I am not lying to you these are some of the best cookies I have ever tasted. Do yourself a favor and try these :)
1 C. dark chocolate cake mix (based on Pillsbury Moist supreme)
1/2 C. diet soda (Pepsi or cherry pepsi)
I came up with this while craving a brownie, but not the lure of eating an entire tray!
I love anything and everything pumpkin, and I love cheesecake! Unfortunately, being a volume-eater, I want to eat 1/4th of the pie! ;) This healthy dessert will let you do that without setting your diet back.
I changed this recipe from using white sugar to splenda and it tested great at half the calories. Also, I doubled the recipe because I make another cookie that uses just the egg yolk, so it was nice to be able to use the whites too.
A sweet treat for those who love chocolate and raspberry combined!

Crushed pineapple and unsweetened applesauce soak into graham cracker and Cool Whip Free layers and make a nice, fruit filled, family-friendly, refrigerator dessert.
Recipe called it bread, I made it a cake. Just turned out to be a very dense cake. Still a hit!
I omitted the icing and added raisins and included Halle's optional walnuts for a muffin with the taste I was looking for. I also substituted pure stevia extract for the Steviva Blend (stevia and erythritol) that she uses. We also omitted the cupcake liners, as they always seemed to stick to the muffin and they turned out perfectly without them.
Why compromise the banana flavor? This banana bread is moist and delicious with loads of banana flavor! Friends and family love my recipe and say it's by far the best! It's wonderful toasted!! Enjoy!
These hearty, crunchy little cookies are wonderful for people with allergies or celiac who still want to enjoy a cookie that tastes like a cookie! With ~2.5 grams each of protein and fiber per cookie, these tasty fall treats are practically guilt-free too!
