HG Tip! The topping may run down the edges of the cake once the springform is removed. To catch all of that deliciousness, place the pan on a larger plate before removing the springform.

I reduced the amount of butter and substituted another egg for 2 egg whites in the recipe.
Note that I got 10 pieces instead of the 8 that the pie crust will have on the label.
Make sure the pudding mixes are instant fat free and sugar free.
Revised from the Meal Makeover Moms recipe-I didn't add pecans, used 2% instead of 1% milk, and used 1 cup of choc. chips instead of 1/2 cup.
The serving size on the Betty Crocker cake mix box says 8 servings, but that slice is too large for me. I find that if I turn it into 16 servings instead, I get that sugar craving satisfied AND reduce calories!
These mini brownie bites are a hit at potlucks and picnics! You can also warm them up for breakfast as a treat. Top with a dab of ganache and a dollop of whipped cream to make them a little fancier.

Same as "Coconut Meringue Cookies" but with splenda and less coconut. Makes 16 small cookies. I wrote recipe as 2 cookies per serving.
This makes about 51/2 quarts. I figure 1 quart per 9" pie cut into 8 pieces to come up with a serving size. I like to pick apples for pie filling before they're quite ripe, since they have better flavor and texture for pie filling. You can use about any kind of apple, but stay away from Red Delicious and Fuji.
This makes 6-1/2 quarts of pie filling. I figure 1 quart to a 9-inch pie divided into 8 pieces equals 52 servings. This is the best cherry pie filling I have ever tasted.
