This is not a poultry recipe per se, but there;s no egg & cheese category in the recipe categories. I modified the recipe from the 1500-Calorie-a-Day Cookbook by Nancy Hughes, McGraw-Hill 2009. I changed a lot from the Mini Ham & Potato Quiches recipe on page 14 to match what I had in my house.
