My mom has made this all my life and "perfected" it. It's always a hit, especially on an Iceberg salad.

But substitute fat free cream cheese (instead of low fat) to reduce calories to 227 & and reduce sodium to 321.4!
Also, the actual size of "jumbo" shell noodles varies alot. Look at how many ounces is tin he box of pasta. I had a 12 oz box that said it had 42 "jumbo" shell pasta, but there were only 36.
