i got this recipe from recipezaar and i love it
you can adjust the amount of salt and pepper to your taste and you can also adjust the amount of parmesan to your liking sometimes i add a little chili powder or paprika for a kick
also depending on how much cauliflower you you use the servings will change
oh and you can also use power garlic if you want

I love curry, and I love egg salad. I mashed em together. Voila. This is VERY heavy on curry. If you like less seasoning, you might wish to cut all the spice amounts in half. Or, you can vary them to your liking. This is a tough one to mess up!
