Pretty much just add everything to taste! (This is also great as a salsa like dip for light tostito chips!) For more visual effect, use 1 green pepper and 1 each of red, orange, and yellow.

Eat it like a burrito, in place of taco meat on your tacos, as a dip for tortilla chips, or our favorite way is to put just a little in a soft flour taco with a little salsa and low fat sour cream. yummm... however you eat it, it is wonderful! Make it healthier with a whole wheat tortilla!!
I found this recipe in Family Circle magazine, but made a few changes of my own. It's quick and makes a lot of food. Great for feeding the whole family. My version is actually healthier than the magazines and tastes just as good if not better. To make this a little more fun, substitute the fusilli with wagon wheeled pasta.
