This is a super easy and delicious, low fat snack or breakfast. My children love it and I love it not only for the taste, but the zuchinni packs nutrients in and my kids don't even know it's in there! I substituted the oil for unsweetened applesauce and talk about moist??? Whew...these suckers are GOOD!!!
