My grandmother's sister's recipe.
Substitutions- used lean ground turkey breast, used low sodium chicken stock instead of making my own stock, used canned diced tomatoes instead of tomato paste.
From the Sonoma Diet Cookbook... this is a delicious salad that can be enjoyed either as a sandwich or on a bed of lettuce.
Its great with baked tortilla chips. I love to top a bed of romaine lettuce with about 1/4 cup of this salsa with a little southwest ranch dressing.

Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
*Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)
stew in a sauce pot till thick (about 2 hours)
This is delicious served with plank grilled salmon and couscous.
This is great for busy weeknights, but also delicious and easy for company. Low fat and healthy, too!

Not necessarily "healthy," but a better alternative than the traditional mug brownie. This recipe cuts the calories in half. You can omit the chocolate chips to cut another 70+ calories.
You obviously wouldn't want to incorporate this into your everyday diet, but it's quick, cheap, and easy when you're craving chocolate!

My family is Very Very picky so this is my meatloaf it's very basic so that everyone can add their own toppings and ad-ins from catchup or ranch to A. The lack of Tomato products cuts the acid down a great deal nice for people with sensitive stomachs

This is a very easy, quick tuna salad. It's my bf's favorite. :-) I think it'd be a good recipe for kids and outdoor parties, too. Especially since it doesn't have icky things like celery.
So easy and so delicious. The servings are not hefty, but it is rich so a little goes a long way. Seriously takes two minutes to make so if you need a fast delicious dessert this is it!
