I got this recipe from www.sundaynitedinner.com. They're spicy and yummy! I used red onion instead of green onions and they worked great. You can also reduce the chili garlic sauce (or sriracha) -- it's very hot. I made these into mini crab cakes. If you make regular-sized cakes you'll get 6 servings of 1 cake.
The original recipe says to flour them and fry them. I sprayed the pan with olive oil cooking spray and baked them.
I also stuffed this into baby portobello mushrooms and they were terrific! Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
