I was given this recipe by my teacher while I studied Spanish in Mexico. It may seem simple, but pretty much everyone who tries it loves it.
Warm, nutty and sweet with just a hint of saltiness. Gorgeous with milk or over homemade yogurt.

Lots of ways to reduce the calories, but had to try it according to the recipe first.

Wonderful! Low Sugar(ish) and no added shortenings or fat... now there is fat with the nuts, but NO ADDED fats.
These are sooo good. And not bad on the calories. All you need is one cookie to satisfy your cravings. They are very moist and chewey.

A tried and true English muffin recipe. To make crumpets follow recipe for English Muffins, but increase milk to 12/3 CUPS (395 ml) and grease muffin rings before using.
