This is a crazy quick recipe for a great and healthy salad dressing. I usually like a lot of dressing on my salad but because this is a vinagrette and a very flavorful one at that, I find that I don't need nearly as much as usual. This dressing is best with a dark green salad such as romaine, spinach, arugula, etc...enjoy!
This is one of the few salads my husband begs for. Hope you like as much as we do!
I first tried this in Spain. This is a great dish to pass or serve as a side salad. The hearts of palm are always a big hit. Add lettuce and chicken to turn it into a meal!

Packing a powerhouse of nutrients, this light & energizing salad will have you bursting with energy. It makes a lot so you can enjoy it all week long for easy, energizing lunches. I wouldn’t recommend skipping the currants and raisins as it adds a much needed sweetness to balance out the vegetables and lemon juice. I loved it drizzled with a touch of maple syrup just before serving. Feel free to use any herbs and spices you wish. I also love it with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
This is incredible! We've been eating it all summer. I actually use fat-free feta. Also the amounts don't have to be exact.
Oil Free Full Flavor Balsamic Dressing. Great Salad Dressing. Would be great as a marinade or dip for Chicken or Pork.
Great fresh fruit salad for hot summer days. I bring this to every get-together so I know I'll have at least one healthy option for salads.
You will be blown away by this delicious salad...it will literally taste like a chicken taco, but will help you lose weight with a low carb diet.
A great tasting, dairy-free way to make tofu and satisfy your craving for egg salad.
This just screams summer to me. I eat this whole bowl as a main course. The best part is it is so filling and only 280 calories for the entire bowl.
This is a great sugar-free recipe that is like the one from Panera and their Strawberry Poppy Seed and Chicken Salad. I use Baby Greens, mandarin oranges, blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced almonds, baked chicken, pecans (or any combination of them that I have on hand)
