Was just looking to use up the Easter eggs and have it still be healthy...the measurements are what they are for the eggs b/c I weighed the eggs I took from the basket as I added them to the bowl to prepare.
Bell peppers punch up an ordinary sandwich from The Biggest Loser: 6 Weeks to a Healthier You
Season 7's Estella Hayes and The Biggest Loser nutritionist Cheryl Forberg invented this recipe one day at the ranch when they were bored with a plain chicken sandwich. The addition of bell peppers gives this sandwich added flavor, and the sprouted grain bread lends a great texture.
Avoiding salt. Midnight snack. Great way to taste new peppers with or without heat. Nothing compares to a fresh roasted pepper but bottled peppers might do.
(Salt would be nice: I'm trying to cut down. I'll add more hot pepper. )

This cool, creamy spread makes great sandwiches for picnics. Adjust the garlic and onion powder to taste. I also recommend spreading it onto sandwiches before it cools completely and making sandwiches ahead of time if you have to make a large batch for a picnic. If you're just making a small batch for home, you can spread a sandwich for yourself ok.
I created this recipe a couple of years ago for a family reunion. I was SOOO tired of eating ham salad sandwiches!
I make these Tuna Sandwichs at least every week because they are so easy and very tasty. The Nutritional Facts were hard to understand on the Tuna can, so just use a 6 oz can (drained of course). I use a lot of pepper in mine so the teaspoon of salt and pepper can be changed to your liking!!! Also, you can change the Sweet Relish to Dill Relish if you would like. Sure hope you enjoy!!! :-)
This is an easy, delicious sandwich to make for lunch when you are in a hurry!
So delicious! A great casual weeknight dinner idea, takes only minutes to make. The cheese gets so creamy! Awesome with a bowl of warm soup. Adapted from a Cooking Light recipe Aug 2004.
