I eat this on it's own but it can be served over a bed of lettuce, wrapped inside a tortilla, or even over tortilla chips like nachos.

I love my rice cooker for making things other than rice too. I have a small Zujirushi. If you have a larger rice cooker, double or triple the recipe and save leftovers or share with the family.
