I got this recipe from "Oh She Glows". This is a vegan, gluten free treat and very healthy for you. Eat by it'self or serve crumble it on oatmeal, yogurt or have it with ice cream.

These bars are soft and normal recipe calls for 12, but I got 24 of them by cutting the bars to normal brownie size bar. Top these bad boys with peanut butter and you got heaven!! Double it for phase two. Will make 12 Muffins Recipe Whip egg white for 5 minutes on high. Keep aside. In seperate bowl add oil, egg yolks, water, vanilla paste, protein powder, and Cinnamon powder. Mix well until creamy and no lumps. Now add flour, baking powder ,baking soda and Guar gum, mix it well. Make thick batter like cake batter. Now fold egg whites and 3 tsp of chocolate chip. Greased muffin tray with oil and dust with carbquick. Pour one scoop in each muffin circle. Sprinkle with few chocolate chip. BAKE at 160C for 20 to 25 minutes in pre heated oven.m

Crush vanilla wafers in plastic bag.
Mix in Rum, Powdered Sugar and corn syrup until the vanilla wafers are moist
Stir in Chocolate chips and chopped pecans (to taste)
Put in refrigerator several hours or overnight to harden. Then roll into balls about the size of a melon ball and lay out on waxed paper. Sift Powdered sugar over top and roll balls around in excess sugar to fully coat.
