Yummy, crunchy, sticky, low cal, low fat (if you use "Better than Peanut Butter" popcorn recipe that I came up with in desperation one day in response to getting soooo sick of air-popped popcorn made with butter spray and Parmesan cheese, my old diet standby. I know this sounds odd, but try it!-- It's yummy!
I tried to make this recipe as healthy as I could but I think I need some advice. There are no eggs and no sugar but I did use banana and honey to sweeten them and of course the chocolate chips. They were fantastic though!
Hot cajun wheat crackers are a great snack. You can use regular Saltines or the Multi-gran, I prefer the wheat.
