I usually make a big pot of this and keep it on hand. It keeps well in the fridge for months. Great taste but hardly and fat or calories! And best of all, its filling!
I generally leave out the Swiss chard and make up for it with other veggies since it is hard to find in my area :)
Cream of coconut is used to replace the cream and flavored with curry spices to make up for the lack of cheese. Useful for making use of broccoli stalks, having removed the crowns for another purpose.
I make this without salt. Some cayenne pepper would give it a little extra zip.

This is good when you have leftover Turkey from a Turkey Dinner. I boil the Carcass from a Jenny-O Turkey Breast and discard the bones and skin. Save the meat for the soup, refrigerate. Then I put the broth in a container and refrigerate overnight. Skim off the fat the next day. This is my Turkey Broth. I had issues with SP ingredient list so I put in 99% chicken broth instead for my ingredient list. I think its the same amout of calories ???

Great low-calorie way to get your daily veggies in! This can be made with any type of broth, chicken, turkey, vegetable, beef. The chicken is a hit in our house, sprinkled with grated parmesan/romano cheese. YUM!!! Makes 8-10 12-oz servings!!!!
