Here is a great quick recipe to make for dinner that will fill your tummy. Tastes likre a pot pie or turkey dinner. Great to make with leftover Turkey dinner from Holidays.
Hurry to curry your leftover turkey! This is a wonderful use of leftover Thanksgiving turkey, as it is light and delicious, and definitely a change of taste from all those savory holiday flavors. Can’t wait for Thanksgiving to try it? No problem. Just pick up some roasted turkey breast from the deli, or try it with roasted chicken.
Stove Top mix is no longer in my pantry. Making stuffing, from scratch isn't that hard to do at all!
Each serving is based on 1/2 cup serving. I don't eat a large mound of this, to watch calories.
NOTE: You can also make this dish in a crockpot, if you have the time.
Delicious! Enjoy this light fresh vegetable salad dressed with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper!
Low fat bread treat for the holidays. Very moist! Great for a snack or with a meal.
I started with a corn muffin mix.

My mom gave me her recipe which included stale bread. I use the stuffing mix instead.
