This fresh salsa tastes the best during the summer time when the Plum or Roma tomatoes are ripe and juicy, but not mushy. I adjust the amount of cilantro and jalapeno I use according to the friends attending the gathering. The spicier the better. Fresh cilantro is a must. You can add salt and pepper if you like but I have found that with all of the fresh flavors of the ingredients, it is not necessary.

Start by putting the evaporated milk and sugar into a medium sauce pan on low heat siring constantly until sugar is smooth (about 5 min).
Then mix in the butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter and stir constantly until chocolate chips are melted (about 5 more min).
Then add vanilla, stir, then pour in to a greased 9 by 9 by 2 inch dish.
