My husband likes this better than traditional pizza. I make 2 pizzas at once and freeze one for later. The crust can also be used for garlic fingers. Just brush or spray crust with olive oil cooking spray and throw on some minced garlic cloves and mozzarella before baking. Yum!

This recipe will make four dough balls, four thin crust pizzas. I cut each pizza into eight slices, hence the 32 servings. The slices are smaller than the big slices you get from a take-out joint.
