This is probably my favorite breakfast of all time. Serve over steaming hot biscuits and fresh fruit on the side.
Old fashion sausage gravy with a kick. I once read "what warms you up, slims you down", the cayenne pepper does just that. enjoy over Pillsbury IQF Biscuits. 1/3 cup works well for each biscuit split in 1/2.

It's not exactly healthy, but this recipe uses whole wheat flour and add water instead of too much milk. It's delicious.
