These pork chops are delicious and EASY to make! Out of all of my low-cal recipes this is one of my favorites! Sauce is perfect over rice or potatoe. Be sure to use bone-in chops so that they are moist.
My 12 year old loves making this recipe. I recommend using vegan friendly options when available and adjust the bouillon granules to your liking, or better yet, use vegetable stock that you've made!
Restaurant-style hot and sour soup, minus the sugar, corn starch and MSG. You can add whatever other vegetables you like (hot and sour soup usually has mushrooms but I don't like them). I usually add bean sprouts and brown rice and serve it as a complete meal.
