This soup has very little fat and no cholesterol. Good and filling. I was born in the south on a farm and this was one of our regular and favorite meals.

Use remaining edamame spread as a healthy dip for your favorite raw veggies or rice crackers Keep in mind that 1 teaspoon of the edamame spread has a Point value of 1 per serving.
