This is a great meal to throw together in a pinch. Fits well into a low cal diet (if you stick to your portions) and its got tons of flavor.

Quick and easy weeknight meal. I cook on medium heat and cover pan to reduce cooking spatter and smells. For added convenience, use ready-to-eat or fully cooked chicken breast strips instead of pork. Frozen pre-cooked chicken can be heated with the veggies together at the same time, and cold pre-cooked chicken should be tossed in a few minutes after the veggies. Add a little cayenne pepper, ground ginger, garlic powder, and/or chinese five-spice mix to amp up the flavor without adding salt or calories! Reduce fat and calories by substituting just spices, light soy sauce, and 1/4 cup orange juice for the Kraft dressing.

Mince garlic (do not chop broccoli).
1. Coat large skillet with nonfat cooking spray and heat over high flame.
2. Saute onions and garlic 1 to 2 minutes, or until onions begin to soften.
3. Add beef and saute until beef begins to brown.
4. Add broccoli and reduce heat to medium. Continue to cook until broccoli begins to soften.
5. While broccoli and beef are cooking, whisk together flour, milk and worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
6. Once broccoli is cooked, pour sauce mixture over beef and bring to a simmer.
7. Slowly, sprinkle cheese over beef mixture and mix well. Once cheese is melted, turn off heat and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
*Can add rice or noodles or eat just as prepared*

My husband and I make this when we go camping, but once I found out it only has about 400 calories I decided to make it everyday.
"This pan-roasted pork loin uses lots of spices and an Asian-inspired marinade for a truly flavorful cut of meat. And it's perfect to use for a Vietnamese bahn mi sandwich!"
This sauce is wonderful, especially on chicken. But it's also great on fries, burgers, hot dogs -- anything. You might want to make a big batch and freeze some so it's always available. Brush it on whatever's grilling during the last 20 minutes. Otherwise, it will burn.
