this is great for a quick meal on the go because it can be frozen. this recipe is not my original - found on south beach sparkteam.
These pita pockets are great breakfast sandwiches when you need to get out of the house in a hurry in the morning.
This is my variation of the many recipes I've found on Sparkpeople. I like my oatmeal thick, for a thinner cereal, add more water. You can whip up this filling and nutritious breakfast in under 5 minutes.

This healthy recipe uses raisin bran cereal, yogurt, applesauce and grated carrot to make a moist and delicious low calorie muffin. Perfect as part of a healthy breakfast or afternoon snack.
