If you like cauliflower you will love this recipe. This is also perfect for those on a lowcarb diet and it's very filling.
You will need to make pouches out of Heavy Duty Renyolds Wrap Foil.
Place 2 Tbsp of Country Crock (or any other light butter on the foil).
Cut up potatos into small chucks or slices and place on butter, sprinkle with Garlic Salt and Lawry's Seasoned Pepper.
Close up foil pouch and place on grill.
Enjoy!
My family love these (and I have two picky little boys)! They are easy to make and fun for the kids to help put together. You can substitute any meat or no meat for vegetarian. VERY EASY & DELICIOUS
The main recipe is for the marinade. I am still trying to figure out how to enter these recipes as I cook them, so bear with me! The calorie count is going to show up higher because it is assuming that all of the marinade is being consumed, but it's not! There is at least half of the marinade left over.

I based this recipe on my father-in-law's totally addictive potato or macaroni salad. I use greek yogurt and cottage cheese to decrease the amount of mayo.you can use regular yogurt, but it gets watery and seperates. also works for tuna salad. the celery salt is the secret ingredient.
Flavorful Chili great for cold weather!
Made this for a football party and it went over great with the guys. I would normally make this with Turkey...but I decided to go with beef this time. This makes a LOT of Chili, great to freeze and put away for another day. I hope you enjoy!

One of my favorite summer salads - great for picnics since there's no mayo to spoil.
