Take a whole chicken cut it in half so you have 1 wing, 1 breast, 1 leg and 1 thigh piece on each half. **( Cut the back bone out and place in a pot with cold water to make broth.) ** Wash Chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and place on the grill until done. The broth from the backbone can be used to make a gravy or anything else that uses chicken broth
