This is a delicious and easy healthy dish. It is good accompanied by some fresh asparagus.
Serving size is three ounces, but you will want more if you like fish. Use boneless filet, preferably not more than 1.5 inches thick. You may save few calories using fat free sour cream, but the lower fat topping will separate (curdle).
