This is a great slimmed down version of that wonderful full fat cheesy chicken spaghetti. Delish!!
Simple and straight forward, this recipe could be made the day ahead of time, the morning of to save the marinade time. I make two pounds at once, marinade over night, and freeze off in portion sizes the next day while i skewer my kabob for dinner. That way, all you have to do is pull it out the night before and skewer it the next day just before grilling or baking.
My family lOVES this recipe and it is impressive enough to serve dinner guests. This recipe multiplies very easily for family and guests.
It's a beach wedding because of the pasta shells.
(cute?)
I've always had a taste bud defect of only liking creamy soups. Thankfully, fat free half & half adds creaminess just as well as heavy cream.
This is my take on a vegan pizza I had at the Crooked Rooster Pub in New York. Who said you need cheese on pizza?
My family loves vegetable lasagna with white sauce and the stouffers brand is high in soduim and calories for such a small piece this is a recreated version I experimented with and when I hit it on the nose I had to share absolutely delicious
this is sctaylor's recipe from the love to cook team. Hope you don't mind me plugging it in, sc. 8 servings is exactly right for this recipe. We have a 6.5 quart round crockpot, so cut it pie-shaped. I agree with the person who said the added salt was unnecessary, so I'm removing it. It is very good without it. Using no-salt added tomato products, I hope, will cut the sodium even more - I'll amend again next time I try it!
I got this from an SP friend, but it wasn't posted in the SP recipe's, so I'm putting it in for my own tracking. It's super easy, and low in calories!
I came up with this idea one evening out of things I had in my fridge. You could easily change the fillings or add more. It's like a pizza sandwich!
This is originally from a kraft recipe but with my own spin and a ton more flavor!!
If you can find ready-made pizza dough, this comes together really fast. I'm fortunate to live near a Trader Joe's where I can buy freshly made pizza dough that doesn't come in a can.
I also make my own Italian seasoning, using equal parts oregano, marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary and whatever else you like.
It's delicious!
