I tried this recipe that I found and although it didn't really turn out like breadsticks, it's not too bad.
I am on the Fat Smash Diet Phase 1 and was craving some "bread" (which is not allowed) with my bean/veggie soups, so I created this! As long as it's a once in awhile thing I give it a thumbs up. This is a pan made "bread" that's simple to make & quick. It's not actually "bread" but for staying in the guildlines of the diet ingredients it's not bad! It can be baked for "pizza crust" too!
This is a great cold weather comfort dish that is also relatively low carb for those who are following a keto or LCHF dietary plan. I make mine without the added pasta, but this can easily be converted to a conventional turkey noodle soup that is definitely worth the work.
Made ahead it is a quick healthy breakfast on the go.
Wow what a tasty meal! You will not be disappointed in how easy it is too! So satisfying with a cup of steamed or blanched vegetables. My favorite is the sweetness of pea pods as it balances out the tangy sauce.
Hard to find a delicious lower carb dessert and this one is certianly a little higher in carbs with 11 per serving but once in a while it's worth it! Low in sugar!
