My mother is from Austria, this dish was one of hers. At neighborhood BBQ and Potluck suppers, they always requested she bring this dish. It is different. Oh and it really gets those daily vegatables in!
Low Fat - I take an entire bag of beans, soak them overnight, rinse them well and drain, then portion out into 2 cup containers, fill enough water to cover and freeze for easy prep later on.
this potato salad (not!) is so good and so low, and a large serving size of 1 and a half cups! and low carb and sugar free low fat, gluten free dairy free, you'll have to do a double check to make sure its not your grandma's oh so dangerous potato salad, but its real diakon!
