If you like garlic, you will like this cheeseball. Butter makes it slightly creamy, but can be left out to cut calories if you prefer a denser cheeseball. I made this for a Halloween carry in and added green food coloring to make it a goblin cheeseball. The ears are tortilla chips that I painted with green food coloring and the hair is celery leaves.
