In lg bowl combine 1 c flour, sugar, onion, dill seed, salt, soda and yeast. In saucepan heat cottage cheese, water and butter until warm. Add egg and warm mixture to flour mixture. Blend at lowest speed until moistened. Beat 3 min. at med speed. By hand stir in remaining flour to form a stiff dough. Cover, let rise until dbl. (1 hour) Stir down batter. Turn into well greased round casserole pan. Cover. let rise until light. (30-45 min) Bake at 350* for 35-40 min until golden brown. Brush with butter and sprinkle with coarse salt if desired.

I used fat free cheddar cheese (Lifetime) which is not in the Spark Database, I used low fat mayonnaise, my home made sugar and salt free salsa so the nutrition information for this recipe is way off but I had to use what was in the Spark Data base.
There is NO INGREDIENT CALLED PLAIN REAL TURKEY BREAST MEAT. This recipe uses 2 cups cooked REAL TURKEY MEAT
