The best burrito filling you'll ever find! Made in the crockpot to save you time!
(This recipe should be credited to my friend Evan.)
This crustless quiche is delightful any day of the week, for any meal!
This casserole is SO much better than the instant, packaged kind! Plus, you can control the ingredients - this version uses regular milk and cheese, but you can substitute low-fat versions.
This is a great low-cal alternative to mash potatoes. Surprisingly, I think it tastes similar to the point you won't miss them even! Cauliflower with cream cheese & cheddar cheese to top. A great side dish!
This protein-packed dish is free of wheat and dairy, perfect for those with allergies. Nutritional yeast lends a cheesy flavor to the dish, while tahini adds richness.
This pizza is not your usual game-day pie--it goes all the way! Even better: it has just four ingredients!
My husband asks for this soup even though he hates cauliflower. The vegetable is well disguised by the creamy consistence of this blended soup.
Delicious and nutritional non-meat alternative. I even eat a leftover serving for breakfast!
I worked for months and months to perfect a whole-wheat pizza dough, and I think I've finally found it. We love it, love it, love it! This makes enough dough for two large pizzas. We normally use one, freeze the other. To use the frozen one, thaw on the counter and then place in off oven on a pizza pan. Pour a recently boiled kettle of water in a roasting pan under the dough and close the oven. The warm, moist air reproofs the frozen dough.
This Palak Paneer recipe replaces paneer with extra firm tofu and cream with non-fat yogurt.
Just like a PB&J sandwich, this recipe can always be made with basic pantry staples. I like strawberry jam, but feel free to use grape jelly or even orange marmalade if that’s your favorite. You can even get wacky and use almond or cashew butter in place of the peanut butter.
Vegetable chili, so easy and so yummy!!
This recipe was taken from and adapted a teeny bit from The Clueless Vegetarian.
YOU CAN DEFINITELY LOWER THE SODIUM IF YOU GET LOW SODIUM BLACK BEANS!!!
This tastes like a cake I had almost 20 years ago. The banana and chocolate go perfectly with the flavor of the hazelnuts. This is a really simple oatmeal to throw together before you go to bed. You can toast the nuts the night before or in the morning.
This is one of my favorite summertime sandwiches. It makes me look forward to tomatoes getting ripe each year.
We love these baked eggplant slices as a main meal, as a sandwich filling or as a topping for an italian salad!
