Chicken and Green Chile Enchiladas- not spicy but packs a bunch of flavor!!
Really great tasting way to change up the classic turkey burger. Has a great Mediterranean flavor!!
Inspired by an old Vermont "Sugarbush" recipe in which the baked beans are sweetened with local maple syrup. Be sure the beans are par-cooked before mixing with the other ingredients! Yummy as a side dish, for cookouts or as a main meal with rice!
My favorite food as a kid (and still one of my favorites today)! My grandma used ONLY B&M brand beans, and my mom and I carry on this tradition. Not quite the same with any other brand!

On a hot summer day there is nothing worse than a heavy meal. That's why i love this salad so much. It's full of fresh, healthy and low calorie ingredients :) it's not just delicious and fresh, it also looks great ;)
A favorite with my kids. Simple pizza finger food that bakes quickly and easily. I used the reduced fat options as well as turkey pepperoni. It's less greasy and bakes better.
These tasty black bean burger patties are great dressed as a regular burger or served with my favorite: fat free sour cream and salsa on a bed of lettuce.
