This tasted delicious! In spite of the long list of ingredients and lenghy-looking preparation, it all went together rather quickly and was ready to eat in about 30 minutes. We loved the spicy/minty taste of the chillis, the crunchy barely cooked freshness of the vegetables and the exotic slimyness of the noodles. Mmmmm!
You can put this on rice or eat it plain, either way it tastes really good. Careful though... It's soo good that it is addicting.
This is a quick and easy meal that's good for adults and children. You can add veggies to the mix OR eat them alone, or with rice, pasta, salad, or some low-fat dressing.
DELICIOUS Ecuadorian ceviche and under 200 calories per serving. Goes great with fruity Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc. (so blush or white wines)
As seen on the Food Network show "Good Eats" with Alton Brown...An easy to fix meal using ramen noodles and shrimp.
I know that Tai Pei foods are not sold every where. There is only one store here that sells it. You can leave it out or try something in place of it.
This is a recipe from Steamykitchen.com that I've tweeked a little. Back and white sesame seeds make this a really pretty dish. If I'm in a hurry, I use Newman's Own Sesame Ginger Dressing but I've also made the lime ginger dressing from the website.
Make it easy on yourself and use pre-shelled and deveined shrimp! This is best served over rice(white or brown, the choice is yours), egg noodles or fettucine. I like asparagus and a green salad on the side too. From Campbell's Kitchen.
