Adapted from foodografia to use both kinds of cheese and berries in my fridge, reduce the sugar a tad and get rid of the egg. The result is a delicious, not-too-sweet, smooth custard like dessert that won't hurt your waistline if you choose it for breakfast!

I came up with this recipe to lighten up one of my favorite meals quiche with a cup of soup. You really only taste the broccoli and Cheddar!! I've also used spinach and skim mozzarella - So delicious!
This dressing turns my favorite greens into a meal. Maple syrup is not only full of calories it also contains necessary minerals, and the almonds are also very nutritious.
Why no category for Lamb? I had to fit this into the "Beef & Pork" because there is no appropriate category. Also, I had to guess at some of the ingredients entered, as there was no exact correllation in the SparkPeople database. However, I think I came pretty close. Enjoy - this is great stuff!
I have been makinig French Onion Soup for years, but because I have recently started cooking for family members with restrictive diets I have gone a step further, and have come up with what I believe is a pretty good fat free version ;) I am new to posting recipes (as of 3 hours ago, lol), and could not get it exact on Sparks calculations, but I can assure you, this is fat free. This soup is chock full of onions, as I think onion soup should be, so you don't miss all the "fattening stuff"!
