If you make sure to use low sodium turkey then it will cut your sodium intake by 1/2! I like to use Boar's head low sodium turkey breast from the deli...sliced thick.

I use ground turkey instead of ground beef AND this recipe is tripled for 12 servings (large family). You can use 1 can of bread dough and cut the recipe by 2/3 to make just 4 servings.
This would be even healthier if the bread was wholegrain or wholewheat and we skipped the cheese. However, today it was deli-style - and so good.
