This is a double recipe. If you are eating alone, you can wrap the other half in foil and stick in in the fridge. To reheat, you just pop it in the oven! I use leftovers to make these in a snap!

This is super easy blueberry dessert I learned from my sister-in-law who learned it from a friend of hers. They call simply call it "blueberry stuff". It is great for summer cookouts or picnics. I've also experimented by substituting the blueberries with strawberry pie filling, peaches, and apples. All were good, but everyone agrees blueberry is the best.
This is a great fall recipe and a nice alternative to arborio. It makes 4 as a side or 2 as a main. It is quite filling though.

A perfect dip for the peanut butter lover. The best part is - it is a single serving so you don't have to worry about the portion sizes. Serve with fruit, graham crackers or celery. Skippy Natural and Lowfat yogurt was used in the calculations.
I had this last night for dinner and it was probably one of tthe best burgers I've ever had...Smoky and spicy and just plain delicious.
this is a variation of the Cottage Cheese Cake Dessert....it is AMAZING IMO...It tastes like peanut butter cheescake pudding
Very yummy pasta dish
I changed this recipe from another one I had and loved. Before it called for chicken, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese. I don't eat chicken anymore & didn't have any feta or sundried tomatoes.
It is really great on a hot day.
I have 1 serving of this to fill half a dinner plate and then fill the other half of the plate with a green salad.
Chop and store mushrooms and onions in advance to cut down on prep time in the morning. Adding Turmeric will add colour to egg whites.
I am not a big pumpkin fan but my grandmas recipie is a hit at parties and tastes awesome!
