Beef/Pork Recipes (Most Popular)
This great baked ravioli dish containing half meat and half cheese ravioli always goes over great at potluck meals!
The easiest way to make curried sausage. The curry is an estimate only - I don't usually measure it.
Pork chops in a light tomato sauce with lima beans. I found this recipe in a diabetic cook book and tweaked down to make a nice recipe for two.
Serve with brown rice or whole grain pasta.
I tweaked this from a diabetic cook book I have and it's great, other than it being a total sodium bomb! Use low or no sodium broth and tomatoes with chilis if you can to lower the number. I didn't have either on hand and so the nutrients values are based on what I actually used rather than what I would have preferred to have used. There is a lot of sauce so it's great served over a whole grain pasta or brown rice with a big green salad on the side!
Sweet and tangy meatballs, you'd never guess what the sauce was made of if you didn't know the recipe.
Boneless Pork Chop prepared with Kraft Oven Fry coating mix.
You can assemble this casserole up to 8 hours before cooking. Refrigerate until ready to bake.
Perfect partner - Tossed Green salad
This combines several pork recipes, including an Alsatian stew (without potatoes). Great over brown rice with a nice scoop of black beans on a cold day with a green salad or bowl of pumpkin soup to bring out the contrasts.
