This began as the Szechuan beef and broccoli recipe from "The Biggest Loser Family Cookbook". I altered it to swap the broccoli with snow peas because my husband doesn't like broccoli. I also used sirloin instead of round steak. This is a very, very spicy dish. This also cooks very quickly, so it's a good idea to have everything prepped and ready to go.
These are similar to taco truck tacos and very tasty. A pleasant change when served with a nice salad for dinner or just served for lunch. 3-5 quite filling.
Added more balsamic vinegar & olive oil then written, original called for 1/3 cup evo & bals vinegar. Need reading glasses....
Nice low calorie casserole. Leaves lots of calories for some nice wholemeal bread to go with it.
The venison sausages in the calculation are from Tesco, a UK supermarket. You can replace them with other less-then-5% fat sausages - preferably game of course.
This soup has a kick to it - but you can moderate that by reducing the seasonings. I use low-sodium broth which isn't in the list.

In a casserole dish, mix your tinned corned beef with your condensed soup. Top with homemade mashed potatoe and put into oven until potato is golden brown.
Oven should be pre-heate to 200 degrees
