Delicious and different! A lighter version of the baking powder variety of banana nut bread and so easy to make in the bread machine. Nuts are optional, of course.
I make these with half whole wheat flour and half bread flour. You can make them all wheat or all white, whatever you prefer. Enjoy!

This recipe is one of my Aunt's, and is a family favorite. We sometimes add veggies and cubed, cooked chicken to make it into a meal. Can also use cream of chicken soup instead of cheese soup. We also make it without the buttered crackers to make it a little healthier.
This was inspired by a sauce that was discontinued.. so i had to try and make it because I just can't get my husband to eat fish without it! It's also very good on chicken. I highly recommend it with rice too. When I first tried to make it.. I used so many ingredients and I didn't measure. It turned out awesome! So I remade it with less ingredients and measured it this time!
