Every time I would go to a hockey game or a fair I would find these amazing Tacos in a Bag. I loved them however I wanted to find a better way to make them. I have no idea how many calories were in the original however this one is not too bad. ( that does not mean it is wonderful either.

A delicious summer lunch - quick to prepare, with no cooking!
Serves two.
Quinoa grain, brown wild rice mix, and wheat berries steamed in a rice cooker and tossed with dried cranberries and walnuts.
Add any combination of herbs you want to dress up this sodium-free dressing.
THis is quick and easy- I like to add a small box of corn bread mix on top with a little cheese.

The longer this sits, the better the flavors mingle....
I changed a couple of things from the show.....I used reduced fat peanut butter and used splenda brown sugar..this changed the calorie count from 308 to 125.7.
They had the last ingredents coming on after it sat for an hour and using it as topping...I mixed mine all together at one time and love it!
This is a very EASY recipe to throw together. great for lunch or to bring to a picnic.
