Spicy, creamy, cheesy... not healthy. Next time I'm adding half the butter and fat free milk. This is my mother-in-law's recipe and my husband just LOVES this stuff. She makes it every time we have a cookout or family gathering.

This is my favorite macaroni and cheese dish. Baked it comes out cripsy on the top and cheesy in the middle. Very Yummy!! Try it!! Feel free to use lower fat butters & cheeses, whole grain pasta, ect, or make it full fat with full fat everything. Just count it in, Great as a meal or just a side dish at the holidays!! Feel free to add layer of 2 cups chopped red and green peppers for a very festive look!!
