The best way to freeze your own fruit is to rinse well, pat dry with a towel and spread on a cookie sheet to freeze this way the fruit wont freeze in giant clumps that are difficult to break apart. Store frozen fruit in a ziplock bag or airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
