I think my hummous is the best, although the garlic turns a lot of people off. It can be frozen and keeps for a long time. It's a great opportunity to get some raw flax seed oil into your diet.
Fill a PLATE with warm water and place rice paper sheet into water until pliable (15-30 sec) then lay paper onto dry towel, place salad on paper. Fold top end towards middle then fold bottom towards middle. fold one side over middle and roll towards the other end of the paper. Use with spring roll dipping sauce or a homemade dipping sauce.

This is the best way to consume an apple, it tastes like warm apple pie, minus all the bad stuff! Also great as dessert. My kids love it to have their fruit this way!
