Throw together some fresh veggies and spices for a comforting soup with a kick.
This soup is delicious, filling, healthy- and extremely low in calories! Enjoy!
I have a bowl of this for breakfast along with 1/2 cup of rice and sometimes a poached egg. Dashi granules and Miso paste can be found at any asian market or Whole Foods. I'm not a fan of Seaweed so I have substituted it with Bok Choy.
This is packed full of good for you yumminess! I like to add a little sriracha sauce to my bowl for a nice kick.
This delicious soup tastes even better than Olive Garden’s. Spicy, smooth and incredibly flavorful, this soup is a HUGE hit with my family—including my husband, who “hates” soups! PERFECT for cool nights.
A different version with chicken, white kidney beans, chipotle peppers, and corn. Very good recipe if you want a change from traditional chili.
My version made with Turkey Sausage and Powdered milk instead of cream
This recipe is from the AWESOME cookbook, La Dolce Vegan. It's AWESOME with a HUGE side salad and some Tofutti Better Than Sour Cream!! To reduce the heat, reduce the amount of peppers you put in.
Adapted from a recipe from The Plan by Lyn Genet. Some items were deleted or changed because I didn't have them or don't like it (Spicy Coco Sauce). This came out hotter than I like so be careful with the sriracha sauce.
Brilliant for a chilly day, and just enough spice for a kick! This is a spinoff of a Weight Watchers recipe.
This hearty soup is perfect for those days when you don’t feel like cooking at all. Simple, tasty and nutritious, this soup will hit you in all of the right spots!

I adapted this from a recipe on Recipezaar.com. It's a copycat of Panera's cream cheese potato soup, made healthier by using fat-free chicken broth and swapping the cream cheese for Neufchatel cheese. I've made it both ways and there's absolutely no difference in taste. Wonderfully comforting on those cold winter nights!
