This is a great recipe if you want a super quick yet satisfying chocolate treat. I usually split it into two servings, but with only 150 calories, not to mention the probiotics of yogurt, no fat, and a whopping 25 grams of protein, you could easily get away with having a piece of fruit and some toast on the side and turning this into your breakfast!
