Great for a sweet craving or to get some extra fat. Quantity will depend on the size molds you use. I ended up with 12 small ones and 6 larger ones. I just count the large ones as 2. You could drop one or two into a cup of hot coffee to make it keto.

Looks impressive...tastes great! I keep the shells in their holding containers for easy transportation to cookouts, lunches, etc. It protects them from getting broken.
I make this when I want pumpkin pie, but don't want to want to wait! You can dress it up with vanilla and other flavors, but I keep it really simple so it doesn't take me any time to make. I don't even use the spices half the time!
